EL Ghali Khalloufi
Your Mentor in the Skies
Since childhood, I’ve always dreamed of traveling the world, though I had no idea how that dream would become reality. My first real glimpse of the aviation world came when my sister was arriving from the USA. I still remember standing at the airport with my parents, waiting for her, when I saw cabin crew walking out in their uniforms. The way they carried themselves—the elegance, the confidence, the professionalism—left a lasting impression on me. That was the moment I realized: these people get paid to travel the world. And right then, I knew—this is what I want to do.
From Hotel Lobby to International Runways
My first step was working as a receptionist at the Jumeirah Hotel in Kuwait. It was more than a job; it was where I started shaping myself. I improved my English, developed my confidence, and refined the image I wanted to present. That dedication paid off: I applied to Qatar Airways, and I got accepted.
Training with Qatar Airways exposed me to the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. But it also revealed something else, how different real airline expectations were from what I’d studied. That insight stayed with me.
Later, I returned home and continued my aviation journey with Ryanair, flying across Europe for 7 years. The contrast between premium and low-cost airline environments gave me a complete understanding of what it truly means to be cabin crew, regardless of the uniform you wear.
A New Passion Took Flight
During those years in the sky, something else began to grow, a new passion. I saw the gap between what aspiring crew were being taught and what the industry actually demands. I remembered how lost I felt at the beginning and how much better prepared I could have been with the right guidance. That’s when I knew: I wanted to be that guide for someone else.
Creating the Support I Once Needed
With my sister, a seasoned recruiter and career coach, we created a training center and recruitment agency built around real support, not empty promises. We help aspiring cabin crew prepare for every step of the process: from crafting the right CV to walking confidently into interviews, and showing up as the professional airlines want to hire.
It’s more than training. It’s about sharing everything we’ve learned so you can walk in prepared, proud, and ready to fly.
